  • HAMO is a tool to assist and save time, but thoroughness and relevance are paramount.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Use

  • Our data handling is described in our Privacy Policy, integral to these Terms.

5. Subscription & Payment

  • We provide monthly and yearly subscriptions.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • Renewals are automated but can be managed in account settings.

6. Affiliate Program

  • Affiliates earn commissions for promoting HAMO.

  • Affiliates must adhere to the Affiliate Program Policy.

  • Monthly reviews determine commission payouts.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All HAMO content, unless user-provided, is property of Help A Marketer LLC, protected by law.

8. Termination & Account Deactivation

  • We can suspend or terminate accounts breaching these Terms.

  • Users can request account deactivation through our support.

9. Disclaimers

  • HAMO is provided "as-is", without warranties of any kind.

  • Help A Marketer LLC isn't responsible for third-party content or services linked on HAMO.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Help A Marketer LLC, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) related to your use or misuse of HAMO or breach of these Terms.
